Where has the year gone?
Welcome to the November edition of the 99 newsletter, as the run up to summer and Christmas starts – where has the year gone? We have some big changes happening this month with the separation of 99 Corporation and what was MEP.
Growing apart
It’s been a busy 18 months here with a lot of internal and external developments to the joint businesses of MEP and 99. Due to the growth in both aspects of the business and after careful consideration, it was a logical step to split the two companies so they can be focused on individually. This will take place from November 30th.
It’s still business as usual, all this means is that both companies will return to how they were 18 months ago, with inbound and monitoring under one company and outbound and data under the other. All service levels and contracts will remain the same.
The only change is that Sophie will no longer be involved with inbound and monitoring. Instead she will focus on heading up the outbound and data company, which keeps the name 99 Corporation.
The inbound and monitoring side will have a new name and branding – so keep your eyes peeled for this.
Inbound remains at the Karamu Road office and outbound moves back to the Hastings Street office. If you do have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call Sophie or Trevor for a chat.
Christmas calls
If you need someone to answer the phones over the Christmas period - from December 28th to the 30th - we are happy to provide this service. Please be aware that there will be an administration rate for us to cover these days for you as they are not public holidays.
What are your clients really thinking?
Ever wondered what your customers really think of the product or service you offer?
Do you want to know what they love about you, wish you would do more of, or want you to do differently?
We can find out.
Here at 99 we can conduct a research project, specially tailored to suit your needs. We can survey any number of customers by whatever method you like – face to face, over the phone or by email. We can then give the data to you so you can carry out your own analysis, or we can write up a full report and present you with the results. If this is a service you think may benefit your business, please get in touch with us.
All the best for the coming month.
Sophie, Trevor, Megan, Alison, Tracy and the team.
