Design Builders Hawke's Bay did it again: since 1995 we have been winning awards year after year after year. Last Friday (23rd July) was no different:

• Sustainable homes under $500k Gold and Category winner
• James Hardie Show Home Award-Silver
• Pink Batts Ultra Energy Efficiency Award

Our Pink Batts Ultra Energy Efficiency Award means that our
Eco-Living showhome was judged the most energy efficient house in the competition and sets a new standard for sustainable living within New Zealand.

What does Gold mean?

Gold Awards are awarded to builders whose entries are judged to be at least 80% higher than industry standard . 

Silver Awards are awarded to builders whose entries are judged to be at least 65% higher than industry standard . 

Bronze Awards are awarded to builders whose entries are judged to be at least 50% higher than industry standard.
