Spring has finally sprung – well Hawkes Bay has been on the improve weather wise this week at least!
Here at 99 it’s been full steam ahead since the merger and we’d like to take the opportunity to tell you a little bit more about the great services each business brings to the table, starting this month with the spotlight on lead generation and telephone answering.
Lead generation

At 99, we can answer your phones after hours, on public holidays, over the weekend or during meetings. To do this, we simply set up a diversion from your phone to one of our lines. We will answer the phone according to your instructions and have all your business information loaded into our system.
Your messages will then be emailed and/or text to the appropriate person. That way, it’s up to you when you return the call – but at least you know you’ll never miss an important message.
Business back up plan
On the subject of phone answering, do you have a plan in case of emergency?
The recent Canterbury earthquake is a perfect example of an event that is out of your control.
99 has identified that telephones are one area many people do not think about, even though they are pivotal to running any business.
Our special business back up plan has been designed with this in mind. If a disaster – fire, flood or earthquake – hit your business, your phones would be diverted to us and we can take care of your calls until you are back on your feet. This means minimal disruption to your business and clients, keeping things running smoothly if disaster strikes.
The plan is set up as a small monthly payment, so it’s not another expense during the recovery period.
Included in this service is Labour Day, your local anniversary holiday and December 29 – 31, so a holiday is on the cards this year!
